Nicolas Vazquez

Nicolas started his hospitality journey at a young age, working at various restaurants in northern New Jersey. Early in his life, he felt a passion for the industry and decided to pursue hospitality as a career.

After progressing through the various roles of the business in NJ, he decided to move to the Sunshine State. Famous for its sunny beaches, blue waters, and, of course, travel and tourism, Nicolas would then spend the next decade operating fine dining and nightlife-oriented restaurants in Miami, Florida.

His thirst for knowledge and experience was insatiable. He took to the consulting world, where he would provide his skillset to some of the largest hospitality groups in the nation. With a focus on creating efficient and optimized systems, he was able to help many hotels and restaurants provide a higher level of service to their guests. Meeting standards has never been enough. His modus operandi has always been geared towards exceeding standards.

Nicolas attended Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, FL.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in hospitality management, with a specialization in sales, meeting, and event management. Nicolas is an avid outdoorsman, and in his spare time, he enjoys going where the trail ends, where cell phones don’t have service.
